EA Sports has released its deep dive into NHL 25 Franchise Mode. Let's watch, go through it, and talk about it.
NHL 25 has been told to me for months that it was a "step forward" type of year, and that's what it continues to feel like with the game's Franchise Mode. There are a lot of nice-to-haves and quality of life features in the NHL 25 franchise mode, but nothing, I feel, that will make those on the fence decide to jump into the game or mode.
A focus seems to be more on gameplay this year and really moving it to the next generation...halfway through the current gen PS5 and Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles. But, better late than never.
