‘Ngurra Guthi - Country, Song, Dance and Language Camp & Symposium’, a research collaboration based on relationships and sharing, highlights the work being done by Wangaaypuwan Ngiyampaa and Wiradjuri man, Dr Jesse Hodgetts, and the Wollotuka Institute.

This video showcases research engagement with Aboriginal cultural knowledge holders across Australia, hosted by Mayi and Gurri dancers with special guests Warlpiri Yapa from Yuendumu, Northern Territory.

Ngurra Guthi, meaning place and mother, is the name of the cultural symposium and Corroborree as part of ongoing cultural revitalisation work at the University of Newcastle.
