*IMPORTANT READ FIRST* I finally found a way that the outside of level glitch can be useful. Just make sure you are going over 200mph in the video for it to work because if you don't you will be stuck on that rock constantly reseting and then your gonna have to drive back up to the road and start over again or your car is gonna spit out sparks are gonna fly from the wheels with you spinning out of control high into the air or below the water. If the outside of level glitch works on different consoles I'm pretty sure it will still work.... The reason I call it the master glitch because it allows you to drive up into the air and access pretty much everything, but if you want to get to downtown rockport I suggest you find the highest road and drive over it which is kinda like carbon, including the final pursuit area so its much easier to get to. Just so you know you can find some pretty messed up things under some roads like upside down trees, street lamps, and a SECOND OLD BRIDGE where you escape the final pursuit! Enjoy!
