This took me a LOT of tries so I figured I'd upload my first successful run. If you have trouble with a police SUV at the very first corner (oncoming traffic) you can opt to take the left 2 lanes (oncoming lanes). After the first shallow left turn there's a break in the barrier which allows you to drive straight onto the first straight away.

I'm a terrible driver, I know.
