Nexusing after Death @remaniac1

So I already sorta knew that there's a bit of delay between what you see happening, and what the game sees happening. I first found this could also apply to death because I accidentally discovered I could still chat for a fraction of a second after dying. With a number of deaths, I found lava kills you differently to normal monster shots.
This is proof that you can nexus even after appearing to die.
