This year's performance will feature a brand-new piece by Boston Ballet Second Soloist Daniel Rubin titled, "No Smoke, Just Mirrors." Take a peek at rehearsal with Choreographer Daniel Rubin and Boston Ballet II dancers Sophia Jones and Pavel Kulev.
Described by Rubin as “a study on self-reflection and the fracturing of the psyche into archetypical forms,” the work draws on theater’s “smoke and mirrors” to explore fear, fragmentation, and the acceptance of the selves within.
