Next Book Notification | Complete Flutter App #19

We set up the algorithm for the next book, now in this episode we send out the notification to all the book club users that the next book has been selected. I cut down the coding to the main parts, in order to not have the video drag on. But now our app has push notifications using cloud functions. Only a couple more things left, before it is done
