Nintendo has updated the official Metroid website to add Metroid Prime 4: Beyond to the slate of games.

Nintendo says the game is "coming soon" and reconfirms its 2025 release date. Although not officially confirmed, fans speculate the game will be a Nintendo Switch 2 launch title in early to mid-2025 with improved graphics and frame rates for the Switch successor.
