In this 1957 progress report film from the Delaware State Highway Department, we visit Main Street in Newark. Featured locations include Newark Shopping Center, cars driving down Main Street, Lincoln-Mercury dealership, view of the movie theatre, University of Delaware campus, road work and construction on East Main Street, new paved roads on Main Street, and the 5 and Dime store.
