New York Yankees Wine Bottle DIY | Gift Ideas For Him | Man Cave Ideas
Hi, my crafty fam! I don't know about you, but I always have a hard time figuring out what to get the men in my family for gifts. This wine bottle upcycle is a perfect gift for any sports fan! I'm happy my papa bear (my father XD) requested it because I was able to come up with an easier way to make the lines this time. How basic of an idea to use ribbon! lol, What a lot of you might not know is that I'm more of an artist and my supplies are very and I mean very limited, so I use whatever I have at the time, to get the results I want, even if it might be more complicated. I've been slowly growing my supplies, and that will enable me to come up with easier DIYs! What I Used:
1.) Empty Wine Bottle
2.) Valspar Color Radiance Paint & Primer Flat White Spray Paint ( I've only used this kind so I don't know if you can use others) (you can use matte white acrylic paint as well)
3.) New York Yankees Paper Napkins and Baseball ( I got them at the Party Warehouse in my area)
4.) Recollections Letterman Alphabet Stickers (Michael's)
5.) Chrome Wine Stopper (I bought a pack years ago online, the seller no longer carries them) Google Chrome Wine Stoppers
6.) Mod Podge Gloss (to decoupage only)
7.) Polycrylic Protective Sealer Clear Gloss Water-Based (the liquid kind)
8.) Beacon Fabri-Tac Permanent Adhesive (used this for the ribbon and ball)

A tiny bit about myself:
Hi, my name is Ivelisse. I've been artistic and creative my whole life. Unfortunately, it wasn't an easy one. I'm a survivor of many trials and tribulations. It caused me to develop serious mental health issues. I was self-medicating by using drugs and alcohol for over twenty years. On August 1st, 2014, I threw myself at the mercy of the Lord and prayed to God to save me. I asked God to forgive me for all my sins, and I forgave everyone who ever hurt me. I've been sober and clean ever since. Glory be to God! I started my walk with Christ along with my health and fitness Journey, and soon after, I found myself itching to get back to my passion, my art! But: I didn't just want to do it for myself. I wanted to share what God blessed me with and did for me and the joy He brings me to others. Not long after, I created my YouTube channel, DIY No Need To Cry! I took the bottles that were killing me and turned them into art. With each piece I make, I replace a bad memory and create new ones with all of you! Welcome to the crafty fam! God bless you all!
