“New York Minute,” written by Don Henley; transcribed by Chris Bandy. Thirty years ago, some people attempted to transcribe mm. 1-96, but there were errors in almost every measure. I re-notated mm. 1-96 from their attempt, corrected the errors, and transcribed mm. 97-173 from scratch. Herbie is on fire in this recording—very similar to his solo on “Solar,” which I transcribed back in 2017. Enjoy! And stay tuned for some new music videos from me, coming as soon as I can make them!!
