Monica Church | New York City Apartment Hunting... in Seattle @MonicaChurch | Uploaded May 2021 | Updated October 2024, 18 hours ago.
I love New York! But mostly.. I love new york style apartments/architecture. I often find myself daydreaming about moving there, but I know better than to give in to my impulse. So, I instead tried to find the coolest New York-style apartments/lofts in my own city of Seattle.

If you are interested in buying in Seattle and seeing the condos shown in today's video please contact me at: monicachurch@cbbain.com
Apartment #1 - The Tribeca Loft. This condo is located right downtown next Pike Place Market! It's similar to a new york style apartment for its beautiful brick interiors, yet impressively updated amenities. For more information on the interior, check out the designer: willrootdesign.com
This condo has now sold! Thanks to Matt Goyer at Urban Living for allowing me access to this unit.
Apartment #2 - The Midtown. The condo is located in Belltown, kind of like the middle of town here in Seattle. Honestly, this apartment could fit anywhere in New York, from the East Village to Brooklyn. Originally built in 1914 as a printing factory, it was converted into condos in 1999. Fun fact: Jeff Bezos used to live here! This condo is currently listed at $495,000. Contact me for a showing!
Apartment #3 - Your First NYC Apartment. This condo is so cute and affordable! Seaview was built in 1930 in the Art Deco style. Some of New Yorks's most iconic buildings were built in this style, such as the Empire State Building. What is different about this apartment is it's amazing west-facing water views of the puget sound. Currently listed just under 300k. Contact me for a showing.
