New Wrench Idea:

**UPSIDES**
* Wearer resists 50% of all damage types while hauling.
* Buildings take 25% less damage during redeployment.

**DOWNSIDES**
* Wearer moves 60% slower (as opposed to 75%) while hauling.
* 20% longer weapon switch.
* Blocks healing from Medics while active.
