Tara and I brought my girls to Nic's Farm and Vineyard to learn about grape canopy and cluster management and participate in a wine tasting curated by a sommelier. While there I helped out with a few chores on this restorative agricultural landscape. Nic runs lambs and chickens through his vineyard and around his garden to eat grass, manage pests, and fertilize the soil.
