Previously I had simply been hooking them onto my waistband but they tend to want to move around and I would frequently need to readjust them so I have been crocheting small loops out of matching yarn color, opening a small hole in the seam between the top and second tier, then stitching it closed with a tight stitch going over it three times to ensure it stays secure. I then can easily clip the tassels to the loops
