New video captured the moment of impact when a small plane crashed into a Pennsylvania State Police helicopter at Carlisle Airport. The collision killed the pilot of the Cessna 150, Paul Sokoloski, 57, of Hershey, and injured two state police aviation team members, Cpl. Bryce Corman and Trp. Jason Mills.
