This is my new unit a week or so after I got here. Still waiting on furniture. These things take a while, apparently. Internet was a total PITA with the govt-backed program refusing to honor its commitment to "connect everyone". They wired to the other side of the building, effectively three houses away and said that was good enough - ummm. Amazing! I finally found 5G wireless for a better price anyway. It is a lot colder here than the Gold Coast but it is ever so charming. In a few (more) weeks, when furniture arrives, I hope to have the studio up and running properly.
