New True Crime Mysteries & Paranormal stories podcast on the block š«šø
But make it in story formā¦ like you are hanging out at the campfire with your weird ADHD friend who went down a rabbit hole & canāt wait to share what she found.

9 years ago, while at the cottage, my husband said āyou should start a true crime podcast.ā
I was obsessed.
I grew up wanting to be in the BAU (and was quickly deflated when my dad said a Canadian couldnāt be š).
And from the time I was a kid had a fascination with unsolved mysteries & UFOās.
But it was always a āmaybe one day.ā
In 2025 I stumbled into the commentary/ podcasting space by accident.
I used my experience in branding & PR to break down trending pop culture stories, particularly the Justin Baldoni & Blake Lively case.
Then I crashed.
The burnout wasnāt just the constant attacks & vitriolic comments but also just a year of cancellation attempts, betrayals, & some of the most soul crushing loss Iām still angry at God, the universe, whomever over.
I wasnāt sure if I would return.
Admittedly, I didnāt want to.
I almost deleted my YouTube with over 23,000 subscribersā¦ many times.
But I promised myself to not make any big decisions until I came out the other side.
I also promised I wouldnāt decide what it looks like until I came out the other side.

What a lot of people donāt realize is Iāve always wanted to write Sci Fi & horror books.
And I alwaysssss have a story to tell.
In grade school I would write Goosebump esque books for fun & ask my teachers to grade them šš
Soā¦ I asked myself āif I could talk about anything in any format what would it be?ā
Shadows & Static was born.
I tried it out first to see how I would enjoy it.
And this coming weekā¦ we turn up the volume.
A minimum of 2 stories a day.
And livestreams are coming back.
I also have new team members to help me stay on top of the stories.
