Found this while goofing around with strand.

Edit: Turns out you don't actually need synthos, you can get the same speed without them although they may make it easier.

(For those having trouble killing the enemy while lunging, Melee and Shooting have to be pressed at the exact same time almost OR you can use a wave frame which makes it easier)

To do this: Kill enemy - Uncharged melee - Grapple - Jump
All in quick succession. Also Jumping right after you do this to keep momentum.

You want to kill the enemy at the same time you melee so you lunge at it.
You can do this without killing the enemy but it will most likely block you.

Explanation: Grapple cancels your Melee and then Jumping or Switching Weapons cancels your Grapple which causes you to keep the momentum from your melee.

Timing:
(Can swap shoot and melee around if not working)

uncharged melee: 10ms
shoot: 10ms
uncharged melee: 10ms
shoot: 10ms
delay: 100ms
grapple: 10ms
grapple: 10ms
jump or switch weapon: 10ms
jump or switch weapon: 10ms
