New texture alert! I received these mousse textured lip products from Urban Decay, and I had to try them immediately. They are not a cream, they are not a powder…..they live somewhere in the middle, with a very soft velvet finish.

"They glide on like a dream, and I like to use them not only on my lips, but also as a soft blusher."

I tried on multiple tones, and as you can see in these swatches and video, there is a shade for everybody, so have some fun with them!
