We'll look at the history, the mystery, and the exoteric and esoteric traditions behind the Courts - and bring them bang up-to-date with progressive new ways of understanding these face cards. Of course, we'll cover the basics - suit, element, rank, and correspondences - but we'll do it in refreshing and non-threatening new ways. You'll walk away from this first session realising that you already know and understand MUCH more about these cards than you think you do! Then, we'll look at an overview of the Internal Family Systems model and why it lends itself so beautifully to the Courts. We'll end with some fun action steps so that you can begin the process of identifying ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช๐ง Inner Court. You can expect some lively dreams at the end of this day...

Here, we'll dive into the beautiful landscape of the Soul, and consider how our small human self (or ego) divides itself up into 'parts' (a practical necessity for living a multifaceted life in the world of time and space!) - and how some of those parts become exiled, others become loving Guardians of our Exiles, and yet others take on the role of Organiser as a means of moderating and maintaining peace and harmony within our inner realm - or at least, trying to! You'll learn how to identify parts, and how they can be represented by the Courts so that you can helpfully engage and work with them. You'll also gain an understanding of why building a relationship with the Courts can enable us (and any clients we work with) to achieve a healing synthesis that brings us back in touch with a beautiful psycho-spiritual wholeness: our true, sacred, and sovereign Self. Expect practical exercises, visualisations, pathworkings, and a whole lot of fun! (We'll probably have time for Q&As, too...)
