READ ME: Hello. Welcome to a re-upload of the very first game in the New Super Mario Bros. series, called New Super Mario Bros. on the Nintendo DS. This is a complete full guide that reveals everything within the entire main game (minus Minigames and the secret Challenge Mode). For this major walkthrough, I'll be flawlessly revealing all types of collectibles, such as the locations of all 240 Star Coins, Red-flag Exits and Secret Areas. The remaining Star Coins will then be spent at the end of this walkthrough. The game features 3 brand new items, the Mega Mushroom, Mini Mushroom and the Blue Shell that transforms Mario into Koopa Mario. Mini Mushroom and Blue Shell are needed to reach some Star Coins or secret exits. There is an option where you can play as Luigi by holding the L, R and A buttons on the file selection screen before selecting a file. And with me, being a big Luigi fan, it is very obvious who I'll be playing for the walkthrough. Strangely, he doesn't jump higher or slide further like in Lost Levels, but he is still fun to play as.
