This deck usually takes about 4:00-5:20 while the old Shaman deck usually takes about 4:30-5:30, so it's slightly faster on average. (Although the games in this video are kinda slow)

This deck works well because the boss draws two cards each turn and is easy to beat with a control-style deck. Although this deck will probably be hard to beat with a tempo-style deck because of his Hero Power.
