The nRF54LM20A wireless SoC is now available through our project-based early sampling program.

The nRF54LM20A is built for next-gen wireless applications, combining:
- Ultra-low-power 2.4 GHz multiprotocol radio (Bluetooth LE, Thread, Matter, Aliro, Zigbee, and proprietary protocols up to 4 Mbps)
- A 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor with scalable memory options
- Up to 2 MB NVM and 512 KB RAM for more demanding applications
- High-speed USB connectivity for even greater flexibility
- Available in QFN and CSP packages with up to 66 GPIOs

With support for the latest Bluetooth LE features, including Bluetooth Channel Sounding (Bluetooth 6.0), the nRF54LM20A is ideal for advanced IoT, smart home, industrial, and wearable applications.
