Following my progress as I trained for Hyrox London on 19th November 2022, at the Excel centre.
This is the second in a series of videos filmed between October and November 2022 in the lead up to the race.
After my parter Sean pulled out, my mate Jake stepped in.
We joined Hannah Needham for a Hyrox training session at Marchon Stratford.
I also continued to train at Milo and the Bull, Clapham, mentored by Josh Cooper.
We also pre-registered for the race at WIT Fitness.
