This is the new Russian Army 24h ration - best before 2020. Menu 8 comes from the new set with quite interesting items inside. It shows that they try to come (a bit) from the traditional "kasha/meat"/eggplant caviar/apple butter scheme (but don't expect revolution ;) ).
