New Lathe, New chuck, still run out. Everything I turn looks beaten. No matter how much material I take off, it still is out of round. Just beyond me why ... Any suggestions will be helpful. The Record Power chuck is brand new as well as the adapter and lathe. everything is seating flush, all jaws are in the appropriate position and tight. Jaws 3 &4 are not lining up when closed all the way.. HELP!
