The 17th season of Prairie Sportsman continues on Sunday, April 5 on the @PrairieSportsman channel and new episodes also drop weekly on Sundays. This new episode follows host Bret Amundson, fishing guide Darren Troseth and a group of visiting anglers for their first experience targeting American sturgeon on the St. Croix River. While waiting for a bite, Troseth shares the story behind landing his state-record sturgeon—one so large it barely fit through an ice hole.
