A new 4 1/2 stretch of pipeline has been installed in the San Fernando Valley. The pipeline will move large amounts of water from reservoirs and tanks to the main lines that serve local neighborhoods. This broadcast aired on NBC4 at 4 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2026.
