Phospho-silicic lime cement. Simply dissolve sio2 (glass) in calcium hydroxide. Heat up to 100c+, this will take a while. You may want to grind the powder very fine on the order of 200+ micron. Next add phosphoric acid to form silicic acid and phosphate and calcium ions. Next add this to calcium oxide or hydroxide to form a calcium phosphate/silicate amorphous compound with unimaginable strength.
