After a lengthy hiatus we're happily back with a cleaned up, bug free release of the new Version 5 toolkit for Mario Kart 64 mods. We also showcase the new OverKart64.com website, which allows map makers to showcase their levels and for racers to submit Time Trial records to compete with others across the world. We're very excited for all that Mario Kart 64 modding has to come and look forward to having all of you along for the ride!
