Requirements: 55 magic, 48 smithing, ice gloves, and ~200k-300k.

Here are my calculations;

Material Cost:
-5 coal, 5 iron, and 1 nature rune = 1 steel pl8 alched
-Iron Ore: Average cost= 32gp x 5 = -160gp
-Coal: Average cost= 85gp x 5 = -425gp
-Nature Rune: Average Cost = -189gp
-Total Material Cost per Steel Pl8 High Alch= -744gp

Profit after alching and before furnace cost:
-Steel pl8 high alch value = 1,200gp
-Steel pl8 material cost= -744gp
-Profit per alch before operational cost= 456gp
-1k steel bars / 5 = 200 Steel Platebodies.
-Total high alch value of 200 steel pl8s= 200 x 1.2k= 240k
-Total material cost from 200 steel pl8s= 744 x 200= -148.8k
-Profit from 200 alched steel pl8s before op. cost= 91.2k

Blast Furnace Operation Cost:
-Coffer drain per minute = 1k
-Recurring 10 minute Foreman cost= 2.5k
-20mins Spent for 1k steel bars = 20k + 2.5k(x2) = 25k
or
-30mins spent for 1k steel bars = 30k +2.5k(x3) = 37.5k

Profit from alching 200 steel plates (1k bars):
-If you spend 20mins to smelt 1k steel bars: 91.2k - 25k = 66.2k
or
-If you spend 30mins to smelt 1k steel bars: 91.2k - 37.5k = 53.7k

EXP Gained Per hour Smelting:
-If you spend 20mins smelting 1k bars= 17.5exp x 3000 = 52.5k/hr
-If you spend 30mins smelting 1k bars= 17.5exp x 2000 = 35k/hr
