Walking through side streets in New Orleans Garden District, came across this site. Car was smashed on all 4 sides. The glass and parts thrown around the parking spots and sidewalk indicate it was a hit and run. The fact that none of the parts had been picked up makes me think the owner hadn't seen this yet.
