Definitely should've stayed on the 28, what a waste of time smh. I got off the 28 at High Street Kensington and got a loaned 328 to West Hampstead, and even that was faster than this. I don't know why this was so slow, either the driver, bus, or route, or maybe a mix of all three. Also, sorry about the camera drooping towards the end, I was half asleep whilst recording this.
Today is the first day of route 328 with Metroline Travel from their Cricklewood (W) garage. It is temporarily using its previous allocation from Tower Transit, as Metroline wait for the rest of the Hydrogen Wright Streetdeck FCEV's to arrive for the 7. However, a few mark I Gemini 3's, including this one (which was the first), also appeared on the route today, and may stay on it for a while.
