Will TCG ever get these brand new Ultimate Rares? Not only does the Yugioh OCG still get Ultimate Rares in Core Sets, but they were updated in Rise of the Duelist to be an amazing hybrid of traditional Ultimate Rares and Collector's Rares to form a gorgeous new rarity!
