Certain points in my life have felt very dark. A darkness that, at times, I wasn't sure would end.

I find that nature hides great wisdom in the cycles of the moon.
The New Moon, marked by intense darkness, is natures subtle reminder that life is a series of cycles. It's a time of quiet, a time for reflection, a time of renewal.

The dark of a moonless night holds unknown potential; a blank slate.
Tonight, on this new moon, if you feel like you're in a dark place, I remind you that you're not alone and that this time will pass.

I invite you to look within and to embrace the unknown. Remember, a seed grows best in the dark and always finds it's way to the light 🌱

I used to suffer from regular migraines in my teens. Theres probably no worse pain Ive experienced 🥴
Thankfully, my migraines left me as I grew older but my heart goes out to anyone suffering from migraine or headache pain on a regular basis.
For this reason I gathered everything I could learn about healing this terrible affliction and packed it into one ultra-healing sound bath.
🔉 I created a unique, deeply soothing singing bowl composition but I also found that binaural delta beats of 160Hz can provide headache relief so I created my own and used that as a constant base layer throughout the sound bath.
It’s my sincerest hope that this sound bath takes away your pain and brings you peace.

I love nothing more than to celebrate nature by holding nighttime ceremonies outdoors.
Unfortunately, where I live, most nights can feel unwelcoming, cold, and wet.

But everything changes in the summer.
When nature welcomes you with an embrace of warm night air on your skin, the nighttime creatures sing a chorus for you, the moon and stars light the way for you, and the flowers cast the most magical perfume.
It’s on these tranquil summer nights that I feel as though I’m truly one with nature.
When I’m flooded with nostalgia and everything seems right and possible.

Welcome to 2024 🙏 A new year, a clean slate, a fresh take 🌱
Each year, I use this this time as a marker to call my awareness to patterns in my life; thinking critically about how each one serves me. My habits, my relationships, my perceived responsibilities.
Its eye opening how often I realize these are no loner serving my highest good. In these moments, that realization sparks a new beginning, a better year, a better me.
I developed this sound bath with exactly this process in mind. To facilitate reflection and the start of a new beginning.
🔴 Notice the deep frequency of the Root chakra singing bowl. Let it ground you in your new decisions.
🟡 Feel the Solar Plexus frequency flowing through your body. Let it ignite strength and conviction to follow through with those decisions.

This sound bath was inspired by a particular sunset I recently witnessed.
This breathtaking sunset occurred during a particularly somber moment.
