Varlets!

This patch is the first part of the Traitor's Curse Update, and in it we're getting a new mission in the Carnival - Mercantile HL70-04! On top of that, Veterans are getting their keystone nodes too!

This patch also fixes a bunch of bugs - most notably many of the bugs preventing your Penances from progressing! The patches notes also bring some buffs to some classes and weapons while balancing others in some expected ways.
