Critical new ramps connecting Route 4 and Interstate 95 in all directions are currently under construction as part of Rhode Island’s Missing Move project.

As progress continues, the Rhode Island Department of Transportation and elected leaders welcomed the head of the Federal Highway Administration for a tour of the project on Thursday.
