I always thought the old victory dialog message was a bit too bland. A lot was added recently to Starcraft II with the 2.0.4 patch that adds All-New Menu Screens, Clans and Groups, In-Game UI Improvements, and upgrades to the Map Editor.

Patch 2.0.4 is basically the closest you'll ever get to playing Heart of the Swarm early before the expansion pack is released March 12th, 2013 because of the newer frameworks required for compatibility between expansion pack and non-expansion pack battle.net accounts.
