Both promise a huge amount of electric car for the money, but after driving them back-to-back, the differences are much bigger than we expected. Particularly when you can also go out and buy a GAC Aion UT, a Geely EX2, BYD Atto 1 and BYD Atto 2, and so many other cheap chinese cars.
In this comparison, we test EVERYTHING: design, interiors, practicality, performance, charging, real-world range, efficiency, ride and handling, safety systems, ownership costs and more. We even put both through a 0–100km/h test to see which is actually quicker.
