I wanted to mention that it is really best to look at the light spectrum charts. If the colors red and blue have the highest peaks, then it's likely that the plants will grow fine. looking at specific color parameters as nanometers is more helpful than the Kelvin scale.
About my garden
I live on the edge of USDA zone 6b/7a
We have hot and humid summers and cold winters with occassional snow and ice storms.
Everything that appears tropical and is in a container goes indoors or to a greenhouse for the winter. The plants in the ground stay in the ground all year.
The massive palms are faux planted in their containers to keep from blowing over, they all go to a greenhouse during the winter.
