GoPro is getting ready to launch 3 new action cameras or compact cinematic cameras as they are now being called. These new cameras appear to be replacing the GoPro Hero line although that is not confirmed. The new cameras include the GoPro Mission1, GoPro Mission 1 Pro and the GoPro Mission 1 Pro ILS. All 3 cameras feature the new GP3 chip, new Enduro 2 battery with up to 5 hrs record time in 1080, and 3+ hours in 4K30. The pro models are capable of capturing in 8K 60FPS or 4K 240 FPS. All new accessories will be available include a new GoPro wireless mic system, new cinematic camera frame, Volta 2, Light Mod 2 and a new Media Mod. The Mission 1 and Mission 1 Pro will be available for pre order on May 21st and global availability on May 28th.
