One of the great new features of ESXi 8.0 is the new Host Client 2 interface. VMware has revamped the local host client UI included with ESXi 8.0 to include a brand new host client 2 release that has a fresh look and feel to match the vSphere Client included with vCenter Server. It will allow home lab enthusiasts to have basically the same experience as they would running vCenter Server in their environment with ESXi 8.0. We take a look at many of the new features included with the new host client.
