New Disney villain encounters can be found at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for 2024.

We were surprised to find Evil Queen and Maleficent in Princess Fairy Tale Hall (it is a trick-or-treat location) and we found Cruella at the Market Street bypass before the party officially started.
