Introducing....The Smoke Bomb. Turn your charcoal grill into a smoker. This thing is so well made and like my Santa Maria Made from Gabby’s, it will outlast my kettles. Now just so you know I did this while snowing with it being below 22 degrees out. I started it hot and heavy to compensate for the cold and snow. I added one small chunk of wood 2 hours in and was still going after 3 hours. I think it could have gone about 5 hours by the way it looked had I run it at a lower temp. It is heavier than the Slow N Sear. However this has a lot more versatility built in due to its shape. The slow n sear is meant for Weber kettles where this bad boy can go into a UDS, Pit Barrel, and many other charcoal grills.
