In this video, I am making a toggle clamp that I designed myself. This toggle clamp, which I made using wood, was extremely sturdy. If you want to make this simple toggle clamp, which is a very simple and useful compression tool, you can download the free PDF-Dimension (free PLAN) document from the link below. I used some 18mm plywood and thinner plywood while making this clamp. I also used M8 and M6 bolts. You can easily do many clamping operations with this toggle clamp. Hello everyone, in the previous video the bucket was broken while doing the Cyclone Dust Collector. I fixed the problem in this video. The cover of the bucket was unstable and was broken by the air pressure. In this video, I made a new cover using 10mm plywood. I used small plywood pieces to keep the bucket stable.
I was able to test the 3D printed cyclone separator. You can see the details in the video.
Thank you very much for your comments and suggestions in the previous video. I especially liked the idea of using a check valve for the Cyclone Dust Collector. If what I did failed, I would try this.

Hello there,
I did the Sanding Machine setup and testing in the previous video. In this video, I show how I built belt and disc sander. It consists of two sections, 50x1500 mm belt sander and 180mm disc sander. I used 20mm lightweight plywood for the wheels. Most of the other parts are made of 18mm hard plywood. I used a 0.75 HP 2850 RPM motor as the motor. I made a sanding station that I can use for sanding wood and metal.
