Updating the wind waker smoke particles to use new materials from Hypatia's High Res Wind Waker Texture Mod.

Also Barbaros because I don't feel like porting a bubble skull for a simple test.

Anyway, I will update the steam workshop download for the wind waker materials with these new ones once I get everything sorted out.
