Replacing the 500 FLY and sitting between the 480 and 560 in the range, it is powered by twin Volvo Penta D11 725hp engines with shaft drive, and keeps a proven hull while shifting the focus to how the space above deck is used day to day for owner-operator cruising.
On deck, the Galeon 520 FLY builds around access to the water and usable space. The hydraulic bathing platform lowers to form a proper stair, and the cockpit opens out with Beach Mode balconies that extend the beam. Seating can rotate to face aft, and the foredeck moves away from a simple sunpad into a sunken lounge with a table that drops to create a full sunbed. Up top, the flybridge adds a second social area with covered seating, wet bar, and forward companion seats.
Inside, this Galeon flybridge yacht keeps the layout open and connected. The aft galley sits level with the cockpit and links through a large opening window, and the saloon opens out on both sides when the balconies are deployed.
