Our granddaughter's chickens are about ready to start laying. It turns out she has two roosters. She wasn't supposed to have any. But that's okay. The goal for the ducks is to eventually having then roam free in the yard. I guess we'll see. The chickens will remain safely cooped because of the raccoons and coyotes.
