Mass General Brigham is teaming up with La Colaborativa to launch an initiative called "Bridge to Health." The goal is to bring health services and programs to prevent health issues to the La Colaborativa Survival Center. That includes screening for conditions like hypertension and diabetes and delivering those services regardless of the patient's financial status.
